What is the process for ordering a custom sign?
The process for ordering a custom sign varies depending on the type of sign and project complexity.
For simpler signs like plaques or A-board signs, we'll discuss your style preferences, provide recommendations, and capture the size and artwork requirements. After setting up the artwork using your logo and brand guidelines, we'll send a proof for your approval. Once approved and payment received, we'll proceed with manufacturing and arrange for installation or delivery.
For more complex projects such as new building signs or multiple signs throughout your premises, we'll conduct an on-site visit to capture requirements, discuss options, and take initial measurements. Following this, we'll provide a quote and initial drawings. When you're ready to proceed, we'll send a pro-forma invoice. Upon receipt, your project will enter our manufacturing process. We'll coordinate with you to schedule an installation date and provide all necessary health and safety paperwork prior to installation.
Can you assist with the design process?
Yes, we provide a complimentary sign design service, where we will draw up the artwork for your sign using your logo and brand assets. Or we can work with your in-house design team to ensure that artwork is provided in the correct size and format. Whatever is easiest for you.
For more complex artwork requirements, for example, logo design and custom graphics, we may recommend working with a third party graphic designer. However, we can discuss the best option for you once we understand what you're looking for.
Do you handle the installation of the sign?
Yes, we have a team of qualified and experienced sign fitters who will manage the installation of your sign, minimising disruption to your business as much as possible.

What is the typical turnaround time for producing and installing a sign?
The timeframe for completing a sign project varies based on its complexity. Generally, we aim to finish a single-site sign project within around 4-6 weeks from receiving the pro-forma invoice. For simpler sign boards and plaques, delivery typically takes only a few weeks.
However, as with all projects, we will advise you at the point of sending over the pro-forma invoice on the most up-to-date waiting times.
